                               Holding in Company


Alexander  David  Investments  PLC  ("the  Company") received notification on 9
January  2012, that  Paul  Johnson  acquired  a  further 5,750,000 shares in the
Company.  As a  result of  this acquisition,  Mr Johnson  now has an interest of
25,853,249 ordinary  shares in the  Company, representing approximately 6.45 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company comprises 401,030,716 ordinary shares of
0.01 pence each.
