The Board of K3 Business Technology Group plc (KBT.L) announces that on 21
November 2007 Per Johan Claesson, Non-Executive Director, purchased 6,000
Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 160
pence per share and 4,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company at a price
of 156 pence per share.


Following these purchases, Mr Claesson is interested in 3,981,448 Ordinary
Shares representing 17.00 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.


The Board further announces that a senior employee has today purchased 62,500
Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 156 pence per share.


K3's issued share capital comprises 23,418,082 Ordinary Shares, all of which
carry voting rights.
