Raschid Abdullah, chairman of Water Hall Group Plc ("the Company") on the 03
December 2007 purchased 70,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company at a
price of £0.06 per share for his SIPP.


Raschid Abdullah now holds directly 4,027,167 ordinary shares in the Company
representing approximately 7.1 per cent. of its enlarged issued and voting share
capital and owns a beneficial interest through his SIPP in a further 1,901,993
ordinary shares, making a total of 5,929,160 ordinary shares in the Company
representing approximately 10.46 per cent. of the Company's recently enlarged
issued and voting share capital.
