                           Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of K3 Business Technology Group plc (KBT.L) announces that on 5
December 2007 Per Johan Claesson, Non-Executive Director, purchased 20,000
Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of
146.50 pence per share.

Following these purchases, Mr Claesson is interested in 4,001,448 Ordinary
Shares representing 17.09 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.

K3's issued share capital comprises 23,418,082 Ordinary Shares, all of which
carry voting rights.
