The 600 Group PLC announces that it has today been notified as follows :

i)    by Strathclyde Pension Fund that, following various purchase between 1 
      April 2007 and 30 November 2007, it now holds a 5.19% interest in the 
      issued share capital of the Company;

ii)   by Barclays Bank PLC that it no longer holds reportable voting rights 
      attaching to shares in the Company;

iii)  by Barclays Global Investors that it holds 6.81% of the total voting 
      rights attaching to shares in the Company.
The 600 Group PLC further announces that the price of the shares purchased by Mr
Stephen John Rutherford (the purchase of which was announced today) was 47.5
pence per share.
