of a change in the registered owner of 441,169 ordinary shares, representing
5.38% of the issued share capital of the Company. These shares are now
registered as follows:

W B Nominees Ltd - 350,588 ordinary shares
R C Greig Nominees Ltd - 90,581 ordinary shares.

The beneficial owner of these shares remains Mr Peter S Allen.
