                         Changes to Directors' Details

Sabien announces the following changes to directors' details required under Rule
17 for AIM companies.

In January 2007, Keyworld Investments Plc, a company of which Gus Orchard was a
director, was placed into liquidation. There was a creditor shortfall of
approximately £200,000.

In October 2004, Harrogate Management Center Limited, a company of which Karl
Monaghan was a director, was placed into administration and was subsequently
dissolved. There was a creditor shortfall of approximately £3.2 million.
