   Turbotec response to Thermodynetics, Inc. ("Thermodynetics") payment claim


Further to the announcement of 15 November 2007, the Company notes that it has
been served with a claim by Thermodynetics, Inc. ('Thermodynetics') in relation
to the dispute concerning unpaid dividends, as anticipated in Thermodynetics'
announcement of 8 November 2007.


The Company confirms that it will vigorously defend the claim.
