                  Announces Subsidiary's Interim Test Results

GUERNSEY - 15 Jan 2008.  T2 Income Fund Limited (TIDM:T2I) announces that the
Company's subsidiary, T2 Income Fund CLO I Ltd.,  has, as of 15th January, 2008,
satisfied the various tests it was required to meet pursuant to its indenture
dated 19th July, 2007. The report summarising the results of those tests can be

Per the requirements of T2 Income Fund CLO I Ltd.'s indenture, T2 will be
