NAMAKWA DIAMONDS LIMITED ("Namakwa" or the "Company") - ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SHARES

Namakwa announces that, pursuant to the announcement released on 25 January 2008 stating that a block application had been made for 340,648 ordinary shares, the application will now take the form of an additional listing rather than a block listing.

The Company announces therefore that application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 340,648 ordinary shares with a par value of US$0.000625 each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected admission will be granted on 31 January 2008 and trading will commence on 1 February 2008.

The shares are being issued pursuant to the Company's obligation to satisfy an equity offer made to certain of its directors and as disclosed in the Company's prospectus dated 14 December 2007.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares. Following admission to trading the total voting rights in the Company will total 116,422,657.
