                              Total Voting Rights


For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital which carries
voting rights as of 31st January 2008 is €1,553,357 and consists of 155,335,662
ordinary shares of €0.01 each, with one voting right per ordinary share, all of
which have been admitted to trading on AiM.  None of the ordinary shares are
held by the Company in treasury.


The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 155,335,662.


This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
