Disclosure of Interest in Shares

The Board of Abbeycrest announces that on 4 February 2008, the Company was
notified by Peter Gyllenhammar, the 100% shareholder in Bronsstadet AB and
Union Discount Company of London Ltd, that on 1 February 2008, Bronsstadet AB
acquired 106,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company.


As a result of this transaction, Bronsstadet AB now holds 1,446,500 Ordinary
Shares representing 5.56% of the Company's total voting rights. Union Discount
Company of London Ltd holds 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares representing 9.61% of the
Company's total voting rights.


Peter Gyllenhammar now effectively holds 3,946,500 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence
each in the Company, representing 15.17% of the Company's total voting rights of
26,023,641.
