Namakwa Diamonds Limited (the 'Company')

The Company announces that, on 6 February 2008, the Kruger Family Foundation, one of the Company's largest shareholders, demonstrated its continued support of the Company by purchasing an additional 100,000 ordinary shares of US$0.000625 at 141.15p each.

The Company's capital consists of 116,422,657 ordinary shares of US$0.000625 each with voting rights.
