Meyer, a director of the Company, acquired 30,000 common shares of the Company at a price of C$0.17 in
the public market on the TSX Venture Exchange on February 22, 2008. This increases the shareholding of
Ms. Meyer and her controlled entities to 94,571 shares in the Company.
