                                 Board Changes

The Board of Gable Holdings (ticker: GAH.L) announces that Lance Ranger has
today been appointed as Non Executive Chairman of the Company with Geoffrey
Conway-Henderson stepping down from the Board in order to pursue his other
business interests.

Lance Ranger, who was appointed a non executive director of the Company on 20
September 2007, is an international lawyer based in Switzerland and specialises
in international law and tax planning. He has over 20 years experience in the
area, advising a range of clients.

The Board of Gable Holdings would like to thank Geoffrey for his contribution to
the Group's development.
