HIDEFIELD GOLD PLC DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Directors of Hidefield Gold plc ("Hidefield" or the "Company") announce that the Company has been notified that Hamilton Capital Partners Limited ("Hamilton"), a company with which Kenneth Judge, Chairman of the Company, is associated, has acquired 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 4.75p per share from BSG Investments Inc. ("BSG"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Brazilian Diamonds Limited.

Following this transaction, Kenneth Judge, through Hamilton, is interested in 21,961,675 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 7.98 per cent. of the issued share capital. BSG no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
