The Company has received notification today that UBS Wealth Management (UK)
Limited, on behalf of clients, has increased its holding in the Ordinary shares
of Eur0.01 ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to a notifiable interest of
7,807,115 Ordinary Shares representing 5.03% of the issued share capital of the
Company.



The total number of voting rights in the Company is 155,335,662.
