                                Issue of Equity

ADI  (AIM: ADI)  announces that,  pursuant to  the exercise  of warrants, it has
issued  6,735 new ordinary shares  of 0.01p each in  the Company at an aggregate
exercise price of £33.68.

Application  has been made  to the London  Stock Exchange for the 6,735 ordinary
shares  to be admitted to  trading on AIM and  admission is expected to occur on
27 January 2012.

Following  the above issue of  equity and the issue  of equity announced earlier
today,  the  issued  share  capital  of  the  Company will comprise 401,037,451
ordinary shares of 0.01p each.
