                   G4S Botswana and Trojan Security Services



G4S  (Botswana) Limited  has terminated  the agreement  it signed to acquire the
assets of Trojan Security Services ("Trojan") which was announced on 30 December
2011.  Negotiations with the owners of Trojan are however continuing.
