            Change of Advisor & Notification of Preliminary Results


Essentially Group Ltd (AIM: ESN.L), the provider of sports marketing, management
and media services announces that Cenkos Securities plc has been appointed as
its Nominated Adviser and Broker with immediate effect.

The Company will also announce its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31
December 2007 on 31 March 2008.
