 Directors' Shareholding

The Company announces that the following Executive Directors of the Company have today been granted up to the number of nil priced share options stated below over shares in the Company. These awards are made under the Company's Discretionary Share Option Plan approved by the Company's shareholders in January 2010. Each award is subject to performance and vesting conditions as discussed previously with major shareholders and which will be summarised in the Company's 2012 Annual Report.

Diana Harding            Up to 1,024,590 nil priced options

Amy Stirling               Up to 614,754 nil priced options
