Resignation of Director and appointment of Interim Financial Director

Plant Impact announces today that Michael Panteli, the Company's Chief Financial Officer and a director, has resigned from the Company with immediate effect to pursue other activities.

Robert Stafford has joined the Company as Interim Financial Director with immediate effect, but will not join the board.  Mr. Stafford currently serves as Managing Director of Stafford & Co. Chartered Accountants, a financial and accounts advisory firm based in the Manchester region.  He is an Associate Chartered Accountant and current President of the Bolton Society of Chartered Accountants.

Plant Impact is currently recruiting a full-time Financial Director.  Plant Impact expects to finalise this process and announce an appointment in the coming months.
