The Company was advised on the 27th March, 2008, that on 26th March, 2008, the
following director of Accsys dealt in the Company's ordinary shares as follows:



Lord Sanderson of Bowden, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 5,845
(five thousand, eight hundred and forty five) ordinary shares in the Company at
a price of €2.19 each, for an aggregate amount of €12,801.



Following this purchase Lord Sanderson has an interest in 11,095 ordinary shares
in the Company.
