Results of 2012 Annual General Meeting

The Board of French Connection Group plc is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of French Connection Group plc shareholders held on 17 May 2012 all resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting contained in the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2012 were passed unanimously on a show of hands.

 

A copy of the resolution passed as special business at the Annual General Meeting has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
