Share Purchase by a Director

 

 

TelecityGroup announces that it has received notification that Michael Tobin, its Chief Executive Officer, yesterday purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of £0.002 each in the Company ("Shares") at an average price of 781.25 pence per Share.

 

Following this purchase, Michael Tobin has an interest in a total of 614,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.31% of the issued share capital of the Company.
