Transaction in Own Shares

SCISYS PLC (AIM:SSY), ('SCISYS' or the 'Company') announces that, on 6 June it transferred 10,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") from treasury pursuant to the exercise of certain share options. 

Following this transfer the issued share capital of the Company carrying voting rights is 28,992,598

Ordinary Shares. The Company also holds 65,677 Ordinary Shares in treasury which have no voting rights.

The above figure of 28,992,598 shares should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, SCISYS under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
