3. As at 13 April 2012, The Eastern European Trust PLC's capital consists of 46,187,389 Ordinary Shares of 10 cents each (excluding 6,900,000 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury), carrying one vote each and 10,033,329 Subscription Shares of 1 cent each with no voting rights.
