On 22 June 2012 the company purchased in the market for cancellation 25,000 shares of 25p at a price of 449.50p each. Upon cancellation the issued share capital will be 112,182,926 shares of 25p.

The above figure (112,182,926) is the total number of voting rights in the company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations of their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
