                                Issue of Equity

The directors of the Company today confirm that at a board meeting of the
Company they approved the issue of 7,354,348 ordinary shares ("New Ordinary
Shares") to certain holders of the Xceldiam warrants (the "Warrants"). The
Warrants were exercised by the Warrant holders on or before 19 March 2008 (the
date at which the Warrants expired and their admission to AIM was cancelled).

Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM, and
it is expected that admission will take effect from 9 April 2008. Dealings in
the New Ordinary Shares will not commence at that time, however, as the
Company's admission to AIM remains suspended.
