As at the date of this announcement the Company's share capital consists of
31,128,622 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting
rights.  No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 31,128,622.

The above figure (31,128,622) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the
Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
