Directors' interests


The Trustees of The White Elephant Trust have informed the Company that the
Trust, which was for the benefit of Diane Briere De L'Isle-Engelhardt and family
members was dissolved on 1 April 2008. The shares that were held in Trust were
held through Tiered Plains Ltd, a company registered in Gibraltar. Tiered Plains
Ltd is now wholly owned by Diane Briere De L'Isle-Engelhardt, wife of the Chief
Executive, Henry Engelhardt. Mr Engelhardt's disclosable interest in the share
capital of the Company, including shares held by his wife, remains unchanged at
40,490,720 shares (15.4%).

The Company has also been advised that Keith James, a non-executive director of
the Company, sold 16,000 shares on 2 April 2008 in the capital of the Company,
at a price of 806.5 pence per share. Also on 2 April 2008 Linda James, wife of
Keith James purchased 16,000 shares in the capital of the Company, at a price of
806.75 pence per share. The disclosable interest of Mr James in the capital of
the Company, including shares held by his wife, remain unchanged at 44,500
shares (0.02%).
