Director's shareholding

Abraxus announces that Uri Heller, Director, has today acquired through Michepro
Holdings Ltd, in which he is beneficially interested, 5,156,667 ordinary shares
in the Company at a price of 5.25p per share from Immoconsult
Leasinggesellschaft GmbH which, as a result, no longer has any interest in the
issued share capital.  Following the purchase, Uri Heller is now interested in
10,313,334 shares representing 29.94% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
