Alastair Lyons, that on 4 April 2008 he sold 615,600 shares in the capital of
the Company, at a price of 794 pence per share to a Trust of which he is one of
the beneficiaries.  The disclosable interest of Mr Lyons in the share capital of
the Company, including shares held in trust, remains at 615,600 shares (0.23%).
