                         Directors' Interests in Shares

On 4 April 2008, Martin Jeffrey Webster, a director of the Company, acquired
28,062 Ordinary Shares of 1.25p in the Company through the exercise of share
options at a price of 249 pence per share.

Following the option exercise, Mr. Webster is the beneficial owner of 45,562
shares which represent 0.10% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
