In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the FSA, the Company
announces that Mr. Mark Robson, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 132,385
ordinary shares in the Company at 77.5p per share on the 15th April 2008.

Following this purchase Mr. Robson now holds an interest in 132,385 ordinary
shares in the Company representing 0.02% of the Company's share capital.
