S & U were advised on 20 March 2008 that Anthony Coombs, Director, transferred
52,300 ordinary shares in the Company to his wife on 19 March 2008 for nil
consideration.

Following this transaction, Mr and Mrs Coombs have a combined beneficial
interest in 546,330 ordinary shares representing 4.65% of the total voting
rights of the Company.
