Directors' Dealings



The Company was informed on 18 April 2008 that Sir Leslie Young, Non-executive
Chairman of Eatonfield Group Plc, on that day bought 50,000 Ordinary Shares of
10p each in the Company at a price of 144p per Ordinary Share.



Following this transaction, Sir Leslie and Lady Margaret Young, the wife of Sir
Leslie Young, have a beneficial interest in 400,000 Ordinary Shares, which
represents 1.73% of the Company's issued share capital.
