                         Directors' Purchase of Shares



Jacques Vert Plc ("the Company"), announces that the Directors below have become
beneficially interested in a number of Ordinary shares in the Company as a
result of the acquisition today of such shares at a price of 10.125 pence per
share. The shares were purchased on behalf of each Director by their respective
self invested pension plans utilising the entire proceeds of a surrender on 16
April 2008 of those Directors' rights (otherwise due to vest on 18 April 2008)
to be awarded Ordinary shares under the Jacques Vert Plc Long Term Incentive
Plan.

All the above shares were purchased from the Jacques Vert Employee Share
