UBC Media Group plc (UBC.L), the UK's specialist radio services company, has
today issued the following Trading Update ahead of its results announcement for
the year to 31 March 2008 on 9th June 2008. The Company expects to be in line
with consensus forecasts, with turnover up 17% on the previous year.

With continuing strong cash flows from both the Group's core businesses and the
proceeds from the sale of the Classic Gold network the Board are reviewing the
Group's exposure to recurring digital costs.
