                           Announcement of Dividends

The following information was originally announced on 14 November 2007.

The Directors of T2 Income Fund Limited (TIDM: T2I) have announced that on 20
June 2008 the Company will make an interim dividend payment to all shareholders
on the company register as at 9 May 2008 of 2.5p per ordinary share (of no par
value) in respect of the 3 month period to 31 March 2008.

In addition, the Directors have declared that the Company's interim dividends to
be paid on the following dates are:

20 March 2009                6 February 2009                       2.5p



The interim dividends referred to above have been declared on the basis of the
Company's currently available distributable reserve. Nothing in this statement
is intended to constitute a profit forecast and should not be interpreted to
mean that the actual earnings of the Company in 2008 will necessarily match or
exceed its historic published earnings. Payment of each such interim dividend
will be subject to the Company continuing to have distributable reserves
available for the purpose to pay that interim dividend on the applicable payment
date. Should this cease to be the case, the Company will make a further
announcement as soon as practicable.
