Kingfisher plc - Voting Rights and Capital



In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company would
like to notify the market of the following:



As at the close of business on 30 April 2008, the Company's issued share capital
was 2,360,810,721 ordinary shares of 15 5/7p each with voting rights.



Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in Kingfisher plc as at
the close of business on 30 April 2008 is 2,360,810,721.



The above figure (2,360,810,721) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Kingfisher plc under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
