Contribution in kind, Poland


Nanette is very pleased to announce that further to the announcement made on 20
February 2008, concerning the start of the Contribution In Kind process of its
Polish activities, that the Warsaw court had approved the contribution and
Nanette holds now 48.19% of ROBYG SA.


This is the final step in the reorganization process Nanette had initiated to
its Polish activities several months ago.
