Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company was notified on 9 May 2008 that Abacus Trust Company Limited, acting in its capacity as Trustee of the 4imprint Employee Share Trust purchased, on 7 May 2008, 185,625 ordinary shares in the Company, at a price of 160p per share, for the purpose of meeting the Trust's obligations to award performance related share benefits to potential beneficiaries of the Trust, including Directors and Senior Managers of the Company. This purchase brings to 540,325 the total number of shares in the Company held by Abacus Trust Company Limited, amounting to 2.13% of the Company's issued share capital. This announcement has been made due to the potential interests of Directors and Senior Managers of the Company.
