Following the admission of the final tranche of Placing Shares, as set out in the announcment on 12 May 2008, the Company received notification yesterday that City Equities Ltd had a direct interest in 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 6p each in the Company representing 5.38 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
