The Company announces that it was informed on 13 May 2008 that  on the same day Virtual Phone Shop Limited, a company controlled by Peter Jones, obtained an interest in a further 1,100,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.25p each in the Company resulting in a total holding of 10,988,259 Ordinary Shares, representing 24.51 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
