Results of Annual General Meeting

Waterloo, Canada; May 15, 2008 -Sandvine Corporation (TSX:SVC; AIM:SAND) (the 'Company') announces, pursuant to AIM disclosure requirements, that shareholders approved all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting, held today. Pursuant to the resolutions:

• The Annual Report, including the financial statements, for the year ended November 30, 2007 and the Auditors' report thereon were presented to shareholders. The Annual Report, Management's Discussion and Analysis, and the Management Information Circular were mailed to shareholders on April 17th and are available on the Company's website, www.sandvine.com

• Tom Donnelly, Sandvine's Executive Vice-president, Marketing and Sales, did not stand for re-election and so retires from the board of directors of the Company. All other incumbent directors were re-elected.

• PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP were reappointed as auditors.
