Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Further to the announcement on 14 May 2008 and following receipt of approvals from the FSA, WH Ireland is pleased to announce the appointment of Roland Rudd as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 27 May 2008.

Roland Dacre Rudd, aged 47 years, is co-founder and Senior Partner of Finsbury Limited and Non-Executive Director of Breakingviews Limited.  Roland is the founding Chairman of Business for New Europe, the Chairman of NSPCC's Stop Organised Abuse, Chairman of the Tate's Corporate Advisory Body and on the Board of the Royal Opera House Development Committee.

Roland is also a Director of Finsbury.com Limited, Ingenious Games LLP, Millfield Foundation and Policy Network and Communications Limited.  Formerly Roland was a board member of Britain in Europe and Managing Editor (Business) of The Sunday Correspondent.

As at the date of this announcement, Roland holds 485,713 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.

There is no further information to be disclosed under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM rules.
