The Company was notified yesterday that, following a purchase on 23 May 2008 of 250,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 1.05 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of Z GROUP, Chris Potts now holds 1,945,180 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of Z GROUP, equivalent to 8.19 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
