2ergo announces that it was informed on 27 May 2008 that Aviva plc and its subsidiaries, following a purchase of shares, have a beneficial interest in 3,251,300 ordinary shares, representing 10.61% of the issued share capital of the Company. 3,149,196 (10.28%) of these shares are held directly and 102,104 (0.33%) are held indirectly.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue with voting rights is 30,633,838.
