Director Shareholding

The Company was informed on 2 June 2008 that on 30 May 2008 John Croft, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 271,429 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 3.25p each and 300,000 Ordinary Shares at 3.5p each.

Mr. Croft now holds 1,523,844 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.54 per cent. of the issued share capital and total voting rights.
